I Blue Öyster Cult hanno annunciato l'uscita di un altro live ripescato direttamente dagli archivi della band: "45th Anniversary - Live In London" uscirà il 7 agosto 2020 su CD/DVD, Blu-ray e doppio LP. La performance, catturata allo Stone Free Music Festival, includerà la riproposizione live ed integrale del loro album di debutto assieme ad altri brani storici tratti dal loro catalogo.
